JME implements stringent quality norms, which meet all international regulatory standards so as to deliver a quality product.
A rigorous in house quality system made up of well placed process controls monitored by qualified personnel and supported by in house testing combined with regular online quality checks ensures that the final product is free from contamination including any antibiotics and micro organisms. In addition a unique traceability system is employed which helps us to track the product at every stage of the processing right from sourcing all the way to the consumer.

JME uses GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in addition to strict adherence to the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) which is aimed at managing and controlling all the potential hazards at various levels of processing from the raw material receiving through the processing, packing and storage.

JME has been certified for HACCP standard and BRC certification (UKAS Food Certification) – Higher level, approved by European Union and USFDA. Achieving and maintaining these accreditations reflects the commitment of JME management towards delivering a quality product to the customer.
